Step 3: Pricing and Scope
Once the design and key project requirements are understood, we work through the construction scope, inclusions and pricing. This helps clarify what is included, what allowances apply and how the project will be delivered.
Step 4: Engineering, Approvals & Pre-Construction
Before construction begins, the project needs to be properly documented, engineered and approved. This may include structural engineering, energy efficiency requirements, building permit documentation, council or certification requirements, service planning and any site-specific reports needed for the development.
