We can tailor layouts, inclusions, and finishes for transportable homes to suit your site and the way you want to live, so your build feels considered, not generic.

We offer two build pathways for our granny flats, depending on what suits your site, area, and timeline: factory-built in our yard, delivered and installed, or built on-site as transportable homes. 

Our factory-build option for modular building is available across Perth metro and statewide (including remote WA), while on-site builds are available in the Perth metro area. 

Our process is designed to be straightforward, reliable, and professionally managed from start to finish. From early planning and tailored design through to building approvals, site works, construction, delivery, and installation, we manage the full process across Perth metro and regional or remote WA.
